Accessibility Filters & Special Requests

Unaffiliate’s platform is built to be inclusive. Guests can filter listings by accessibility options and submit special requests to ensure spaces and services meet their needs.

How to Use Accessibility Filters

1. On the search page, select Accessibility Filters.
2. Choose requirements (wheelchair access, service animal friendly, audio/visual aids, etc.).
3. Apply filters to only see listings that match.

Submitting Special Requests

1. During booking, enter details under Special Requests.
2. Examples: ASL interpreter, ramp access, extra seating, dietary needs.
3. The host or freelancer will confirm if they can accommodate.

Pro Tip
For critical needs, message the host or freelancer before booking to ensure accommodations are in place.

Troubleshooting Suggestions

• If accessibility features aren’t clear in the listing, request photos or documentation before confirming.
• Hosts unable to meet a critical request may cancel without penalty so you can find an alternative.
