Venue Rental Agreement

Every space booking on Unaffiliate requires a signed Venue Rental Agreement. This protects both guests and hosts by clearly stating the rules, rights, and responsibilities for using a space.

Pro Tip:
Be sure to read each section carefully. Signing means you agree to all terms, including payment, damages, and cancellation.

How to Complete:

1. When booking a space, you’ll be redirected to a Jotform with your details pre-filled.
2. Review the agreement. Sign electronically at the bottom.
3. Submit the form. A copy will be emailed to both you and the host.
4. Your booking is only confirmed after both the agreement and payment are received.
