Uploading Documents

Some listings and services require supporting documents, such as permits, licenses, or Certificates of Insurance (COIs). You can securely upload these through your account.

Steps to Upload Documents

1. Go to Dashboard → Documents.
2. Select the type of document (ID, COI, license, permit, etc.).
3. Upload your file (JPEG, PNG, or PDF; max size 10MB).
4. Submit for verification.
5. Wait for confirmation (typically 24–48 hours).

Pro Tip
Keep copies of your documents updated — expired files may cause listings to be paused.

Troubleshooting Suggestions

• File won’t upload? Reduce size below 10MB or convert to PDF.
• Verification pending too long? Recheck email for requests for additional info.
• If rejected, review the reason and re-upload with clearer scans.
