Every booking comes with clear expectations to protect both guests and hosts.
- House Rules: Posted by each host (quiet hours, pets, smoking, visitor limits, décor restrictions). Always review before booking.
- Platform Standards: No discrimination, off-platform payments, or policy circumvention.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Follow host instructions. Late check-out may incur fees.
- Safety & Security: Respect capacity limits, fire codes, and emergency protocols.
- Privacy: Hosts must disclose cameras or monitoring devices. These are never allowed in private areas.
