• Base Price: The host’s rate (hourly, daily, or nightly).
• Cleaning/Setup Fees: Only if listed—these are one-time charges.
• Service Fee: A small Unaffiliate fee that supports secure payments, customer support, and platform improvements.
• Taxes: Where required by law, local taxes are added (lodging, occupancy, or sales).

When You’re Charged

• You’re charged as soon as the booking is confirmed.
• For long-term bookings, installment plans may apply (see [Long-Term Payments Guide]).

Refunds & Adjustments

• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
• Processing time varies by provider (3–10 business days).
